Utilitarianism is simply a moral ethic. It is a powerful approach that promotes good actions and deeds. ‘Rule’ Utilitarian ethics 

An example of rule utilitarianism is in a business with different charging levels of the goods they sell and the services they offer. The only moral framework that can stand and stabilize military power is utilitarianism’s relevance to business and commerce. Utilitarianism is widely applied in business ethics; it considers costs, potential, and benefits analysis.

Utilitarianism has got some limitations. It is not too easy to achieve utilitarianism in the general environment.
