This has immense potential to expand customer base, enhance customer retention, increase profit margins, and improve the bottom line. Adopting the ABC system may, therefore, be beneficial for Amazon given the intense rivalry the company faces. With the system, the company can enhance its position in the marketplace by delivering more competitive prices.
